 To co-ordinate and maintain arrangements to facilitate the patients progression along a defined pathway. To maintain the office organisation and monitor the workload related to the administration team.

Essential criteria

  • NVQ Business administration L4 or equivalent experience Or City & Guilds (AMSPAR) Level 3Diploma in Medical administration or equivalent medical secretary experience RSA /OCR level 3 or equivalent experience or qualification in typing ECDL or equivalent experience loma in Medical administration or equivalent Medical Secretarial experience
  • Experience of coordinating administration activities. Experience of working as a medical secretary Experience of organising workload and people
  • Excellent communication skills Advanced typing skills Will work unsupervised Excellent customer service skills Excellent organisational skills Will prioritise own workload Minute taking experience
  • Knowledge and ability to use Microsoft office applications Evidence of Continual Personal Development

  • If required be able to travel between sites if relevant to the demands of the post
