Main duties of the job
An opportunity has arisen for a Full-time Administration Assistant to join the Clinical Oncology and Clinical Haematology Team.
The successful applicant will be adaptable and have the ability to work to in a fast paced environment undertaking a range of administration processes with confidence and efficiency including filing, collection of patient case notes for clinic and provide cover to Wards, Reception and Outpatient areas.

The post holder must have the ability to work as part of a team to ensure all relevant communications are carried out in a timely and accurate manner. You would be expected to handle enquiries and requests from patients, carers and staff colleagues confidently and sensitively both in person and by telephone exercising courtesy and discretion at all times.
