The Role

  • Be the key contact and escalation point for the senior clients, actively engage and build client strong relationships – become indispensable.
  • Drive adoption of evidence-based planning across all consumer groups and work in sync with Digital Partner to deliver always-on learning loop between planning, execution and optimisation via Acceleration.
  • Plan the transformation (especially around digital & data) for the clients brands.
  • Work with the Managing Partner to drive new revenue growth across the group, with particular focus on business science, digital consulting and additional services.
  • The Candidate

  • Detailed knowledge of the commercial levers and profitability of our products to drive incremental and sustainable growth for our business.
  • Clear understanding of the challenges our clients face in the industry and uses this to work proactively to find solutions and deliver value.
  • Develops new ideas that have sound business benefit and impacts the wider agency to improve performance.
  • Ability to influence the most senior clients/partners/internal stakeholders to gain commitment and drive decisions.
