Main duties of the job

The Financial Services Officer will support the CHC Finance team in the verification, preparation and payment of Continuing Healthcare and Funded Nursing Care placements to independent providers. The Financial Services Officer will be responsible for preparing and inputting data to the Health Boards computer systems, analysing data, ensuring that control accounts are accurate and providing assistance to the team.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Essential criteria

  • GCSE Level Maths grade C or higher
  • , GSCE English grade C or higher

  • AAT qualification

  • Requirement to attend meetings outside of normal working hours, across the Health Board geography and outside of North Wales.
