Main duties of the job
The post holder will be required to provide business analysis services to projects, programmes and services on an assignment basis e.g. to understand and document service needs, to undertake pilots to identify requirements and to work with colleagues to deliver solutions and document benefits.
The post holder will also work to inform the strategic direction for Transformational Analytics within the Health Board.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.

The post holder will work to inform the strategic direction for Transformational Analytics within the Health Board, by undertaking a number of duties including:-
The post holder will manage the delivery of products and services that the Health Board have agreed to implement utilising appropriate project management methodologies. This will include planning, monitoring plans, production of options analysis for solutions and issues and risk management etc.Â
The post holder will analyse, plan, study and assess the overall business and information requirements of the service/ area to inform the development or provision of solutions to improve healthcare processes. This will involve working closely with Managers, Clinicians and other staff groups to lead a range of activities such as:-
