About the role

Role Purpose:

To be a member of the Document Control team, working within the wider Information Management department. To maintain the information processes from all disciplines, external sources and Key Stakeholders, ensuring the information is captured and managed for project lifetime documentation and records.

What you’ll be doing

  • Assisting in co-ordinating and managing effective project information within the Business Collaborator
  • Focusing on all technical and contractual documentation produced throughout the lifecycle of the project from all interested parties.
  • Assisting in delivery of documentation in a timely and appropriate manner.
  • Support in processing project documentation through approved workflows.
  • Monitoring and reviewing the process of technical information.
  • Attending meetings as dictated by the project requirements.
  • Maintaining effective working relationships with all interested parties.
  • Supporting the delivery of the Sustainability 2022 roadmap.
  • Who we’re looking for

  • Be capable of using electronic information systems.
  • Working knowledge of databases.
  • Excellent organisational skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines.
  • Strong written, verbal, and analytical skills.
  • Competent user of modern office computer systems, e.g. MS 365.
  • Understand the importance of information and documentation.
  • Eligibility: Candidates need to be aged 19+ on or before 31st August 2021, unemployed, have lived in the UK for the last 3 years and in receipt of either: Universal Credit, Job Seekers Allowance or Employment & Support Allowance.
