An exciting opportunity has arisen in our Preston office for a Business Support Coordinator to provide efficient and effective support to all colleagues, including Senior Management, across the Business and across sites, through a wide range of administrative tasks whilst maintaining the highest levels of discretion and confidentiality. Assisting in the creation and implementation of engagement initiatives and reward and recognition schemes, including event planning & ad-hoc projects, all to the highest of standards, showing meticulous attention to detail & with creative flair and professionalism.
What will you deliver?
Co-ordinate all activity in relation to the Reward & Recognition schemes and engagement initiatives
Manage invoices for payments from external suppliers and ensure payment is received for all orders made.
Supporting one off project to include organisation of Capita Events and other ad-hoc projects as and when required.
Act as key support to the Senior Management Team as agreed by BSM
Book travel/accommodation/arrange away-days for internal & client billable trips as required
Create, update and maintain process maps/documents for all Business Support activities
Obtain IT / mobile equipment for colleagues as required and maintain local asset register
Make suggestions for improvements to procedures for tasks within role and, if appropriate, across the business
