Main duties of the job

We are looking for a passionate, caring and innovative clinical practitioner to work with the management team to help us provide the highest quality of care to our patients. 

Care navigation, wellbeing and a holistic multi-disciplinary approach are fundamental to the way we work and we are looking for an CP to help us drive forward a joined up approach for our patients looking at all aspects of their care.

Experience in Primary Care or the emergency department is essential and we would be looking for someone to complement the existing team and help us with our on the day demand.We would like to welcome interest from any clinicians who would like to join our amazing team

Applicants need to have completed the clinical modules of their MSC ACP and be an active non medical prescriber.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
