The Role
Grange Hill Vets are looking for a part-time Registered Veterinary Nurse to join their lovely team in rural Lichfield City! We take care of a varied caseload, and no two days will be the same, the successful candidate will take care of duties including theatre, patient care, clinics, pharmacy and occasional reception work.
We are offering an excellent part-time shift pattern to promote a good work-life balance with 2 early finishes and a full day off every week, no Sundays and no out-of-hours. You will work 1:4 Saturdays until 2.45 pm on a shared staff rota. The salary for this role is up to £23,300.82 depending on experience.
About Us
Our practice is located in the beautiful countryside on the outskirts of Lichfield City with good transport links and excellent parking facilities. The city itself is vibrant and lively with plenty of restaurants and interesting little shops to explore.
Within the surgery, we have multiparameter monitoring in theatre (full training provided if required), digital x-ray processing, ultrasound and a full range of laboratory equipment for running in-house bloods. Our kennels are modern and bright, fully heated and air-conditioned with lots of natural light.
By far the best part of our practice is our team, we have receptionists and Veterinary Care Assistants who assist our Veterinary Nurses, and our 4 Vets who support and encourage our nurses and support staff. We have a strong culture of compassion across the practice adding to the strong and caring team environment.
