Salary: £21,000 + OTE
Our Sales Support executives are the support network to our Account Managers, Account Directors and customers. So naturally, we are looking for individuals that can deliver first class customer service and can be solution orientated and ambitious.
Job Description
· Sales administration including creating quotations and offering solutions and alternatives
· Providing an out of office service to our Account Management team
· Preparing and maintaining weekly and monthly forecast reports
· Taking an active role in vendor training
· Assisting in the production of order forms, working with the delivery entities to delivery solutions
· Taking an active role in the resolution of invoices queries
· Dealing with customers directly via email and telephone

Qualifications
· Previous experience working in a customer service/support role.
· Knowledge of Microsoft business tools
· A strong interest in ICT and a willingness to learn
· Be able to demonstrate you can deliver against key target and objectives
