Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Receptionist!

The role will play a vital part of the day to day running of the business. The Receptionist will be the first and last point of contact for all visitors and employees. The Receptionist will manage the venue, meet, and greet vulnerable clients. Ability to communicate effectively with vulnerable clients is essential.

The role holder will have great opportunity to develop their skills and gain knowledge of the business. A great opportunity to be part of growth. The opening hours are Monday to Friday 8am – 6pm. Therefore, flexibility to work between the hours is essential.

The role will include a wide variety of responsibilities from

  • Meeting and greeting claimants and their companions
  • Carrying out other duties Fire Warden, First Aider and Evacuation chair operative (where applicable) responsibilities
  • Updating CRMs systems and uploading documents to Casper and carrying out administrative duties
  • Ensuring venue is always kept professional and managing the security of the venue
  • Maintaining business office supplies by keeping an up-to-date record of stationary surplus
  • Providing directions to claimants and their families over the telephone
  • Contributing to the Strategic Management & Development of business
  • What we’re looking for:

  • Good IT skills and ability to pick up systems
  • Ability to show empathy and providing a great customer service
  • Experience in Reception work
  • Good written and verbal communications, listening skills & experience in ASL language ideal but not essential
  • Organised, proactive and ability to deal with difficult situations
