Main duties of the job

The co-ordinator roles will be responsible for providing support and facilitation to clusters and localities, supporting the population needs through effective and robust planning and service delivery, whilst leading development at pace. 

The post holders will also ensure primary care and wider locality services are developed and deployed effectively as a critical part of strong primary and community model of service delivery.
