We are recruiting for amazing Support Workers in Chandlers Ford, SO53. Whether you have experience or not, we will help support you to reach your full potential by providing you with all the necessary training, guidance and support you need to complete your care certificate and further qualifications.
You will be supporting 2 Men and 2 Ladies across two bungalows situated in a beautiful area. The people you support enjoy a multitude of activities such as going out, listening to music, going to musicals, fishing, going out for long drives, going out to eat, and days out in the community. They have access to their own vehicles so a driving license is essential
We have full time positions available and have flexibility to offer part time for both days and waking nights. Shift times are flexible but the earliest you will start is 7am and the latest finish is 10pm. You will work on a rota basis and will have this 4 weeks in advance.
We support people with learning disabilities and autism, behaviours of distress, personal care, epilepsy, complex needs and much more. If you have a caring, kind and thoughtful nature, we would love to hear from you.
