Identifies and collects data sources, analyzes and extracts key data and information, evaluates and monitors data quality to meet the organization’s information system needs and requirements. What you’ll be doing:  

  • Reporting and data generation to drive continuous performance and process improvements
  • Provide clear insight into performance v goal / target through accuracy in analysis
  • Maintain and publish key operational reports eg. TNA’s
  • Provide additional insight to the HCAO and HCQ demonstrating how performance could be improved
  • Support business improvement by building / assisting building of new reporting methodologies (CRM dashboards etc)
  • Collation of Inputs from multiple sources to supplement and inform reporting insight
  • Review processes for obtaining data and review to ensure that this is as robust and efficient as possible
  • Document processes to ensure compliance and optimum operating practices
  • Complete duties as directed by the HCAO or SMT
  • What we’re looking for:  

  • Experience in Reporting or Analytical roles
  • An experienced Excel user / CRM user
  • The ability to confidently present and articulate analysis and insight
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Problem solving and analytical abilities.
  • Strong organisation and time management skills.
