Here at Entrust we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced customer service advisor to join our friendly and knowledgeable Stafford based team.

Entrust are the key provider of education software into UK schools providing software such as SIMS (Schools Information Management System) Primary SIMS and ARBOR, these software packages allow schools to more effectively manage and monitor their students allowing us to drive higher safeguarding levels and making parents and teachers lives easier.

Within Entrust we have a customer service team that supports the customers for this software and we have a large team based in our Riverside office that deliver this. We are looking for people with a background in customer service, a passion for first class customer care and who are looking for a role with scope to learn, develop and progress.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Resolving problems relating to our software, in a timely and effective way by telephone, remote support or site visits when needed
  • Assisting in the design and delivery of technical training and seminars to Entrust customers, users, and staff.
  • Maintaining an awareness of the services, Local Authority or Department of Education developments and relevant legislation, statutory obligations and advise customers (and/or partners) accordingly.
  • Providing a range of SIMS consultancy, on-site school support, office based and remote support and training services to schools.
  • Encouraging the development of customer skills and championing the most effective use of SIMS software to both raise pupil attainment and improve school effectiveness.
  • Advising and sometimes deploying in schools: suitable solutions to meet their administration and management requirements.

  • A proven track record in a customer service environment
  • The ability and desire to work in a team environment championing a first class customer service
  • The desire to learn about our systems and develop the knowledge that will enable you to act as a subject matter expert
