Location: Booth House Swindon Lifehouse, 1 Spring Close, SN1 2BF
Working hours: 40 hours per week – on a rota, which includes weekends and evenings
Contract: Permanent position

Job Summary:
Booth House, Swindon is a 50 bed Lifehouse accommodating men and women over the age of 18 who are experiencing homelessness. We are looking for an experienced Support Worker who will be able to take on a large case load of clients with varying needs.
Key Responsibilities:
The role of Support Worker is key to achieving successful outcomes with our vulnerable clients. As a motivated and dynamic Support Worker you will be responsible for developing and delivering a high-quality programme of support which promotes client choice and control. You will address client support needs including assisting with a housing pathway, enabling the client to achieve positive life changes and ultimately empower the client to lead more sustainable lifestyles.
