Main duties of the job

The provision of high quality nursing care to Children, Young people and their families.

To assess, plan, implement and evaluate care provided.

To care for patients and their families from the ages of 0-18yrs who require admission from a variety of specialities such as oncology, haematology, epilepsy, diabetes, safeguarding, CAMHS, ENT, general surgery. 

This post is fixed term for 12 months due to – meet the needs of the service.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
