Balfour Beatty Vinci has an exciting opportunity for a Digital Implementation Analyst to join our team to work in Coleshill, Birmingham.

Role Purpose:

To deliver key of strategic digital initiatives, configure and implement digital ways of working required to realise BBVs strategic goals and improve H&S, quality, and productivity

What you’ll be doing

  • Capture requirements use cases and software changes.
  • Mange project documentation such as PID, Business cases and change requests.
  • Maintain continual focus on improving digitisation, innovative technology, and continual improvement
  • Regularly Review new innovative technology and review how this could be utilised within the business and configure technology to meet business needs.
  • Be able to acknowledge where the problems are occurring, appreciating there could be technical, training or resources issues.
  • Implementation and user support, having the ability to problem solve and support our colleagues with Technical issues.
  • Ability to work both independently and as a member of a cross functional team.
  • Provide training to users on site, test implementation of new systems, features and changes.
  • Who we’re looking for

  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions and manage interfaces and interdependencies when delivering digital initiatives
  • Knowledge and understanding of producing and presenting business cases with clear benefits (monetary and non-monetary)
  • Confident with the use of digital technology and learn new technology quickly
  • Ability to use critical thinking and problem solving.

    Balfour Beatty VINCI (BBV) is responsible for designing and building part of the most exciting and challenging infrastructure project in Europe: HS2.

    We are building the West Midlands section of HS2’s Phase One route, spanning approximately 90km from Long Itchington in Warwickshire to the centre of Birmingham and on to Handsacre in Staffordshire.
