Academic Quality Services require ateam leader who will provide professional administrative support for a range ofactivities related to academic quality assurance and also to takeresponsibility for planning and co-ordinating the work of the Academic QualityServices team.

The role of Academic Quality TeamLeader is a busy and professional post. You will be joining a high performingteam that works across the University to provide excellent customer service tostudents, staff and external stakeholders We are in need of a team Leader whois flexible, proactive and can adapt quickly to this role in order to ensurecontinuity in the services we provide. We are looking for a candidate who hasexcellent administration and organisational skills, a meticulous approach,experience of quality assurance processes in Higher Education and who sharesour commitment to service delivery and continuous improvement. The rolerequires excellent minute taking and report writing skills as well as theability to interpret and effectively communicate complex procedural andregulatory information to others.

You will also have strongorganisational, IT, interpersonal and communication, and analytical skills.With a professional, diplomatic, flexible andproactive approach, you will have the ability to work both on your owninitiative, and as an effective member of a team, and be able to work to tightdeadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.

This post will be based at Park Campusin Cheltenham, with the post holder working across different campuses asrequired.
