Team Leader Inclusion and Attendance

Job description

We are looking to recruit five Team Leaders for the Inclusion and Attendance team , to lead, develop and manage a team of 8-12 specialists. Three posts will be locality based, with the other two posts city-wide for the targeted teams.

If you have experience of engaging with schools, being part of a team around a school and managing a team including supervisions, case management, performance management, HR processes, then this is a great permanent job opportunity for you.

You will be a supportive manager, a great communicator and skilled at using data and measuring impact. You will use this data to inform the practice of the team and be skilled in coaching and supporting individual team members to get the best outcomes for children – sustaining their attendance and inclusion at school.
