Salary your day knowing you will make a difference -We are looking for Support Workers to join our team in Cardiff and create a positive difference that improves life for the people we support!

Due to recent growth and the taking on of a new service we have a number of positions available to work across Cardiff, doing days, nights, weekends and sleep ins. These would be worked on a rota basis with the teams we have in place

The People we support enjoy a number of activities from shopping, going out for food, swimming, going out for walks and days trips to watching their favourite TV program, listening to music, and going to the cinema.

The Role will involve

  • Helping people to live the individual life they want
  • Helping people learn the skills they need to live the life they choose
  • Supporting people with their medication
  • Supporting with personal care and Manual handling
  • Supporting people with behaviour distresses
