This is a Floating Support Worker role, offering an increased rate of per hour.

Floating Support Worker Overview

We are hiring full and part-time Floating Support Workers to cover Bournemouth and the surrounding areas. Various shift patterns available, including working some weekends and sleep-ins (as required).

Whether you have experience in care or you are new to the sector, full training is provided to enable you to carry out highly skilled and flexible support for people with learning difficulties.

As a Floating Support Worker, you will report directly to the Resource Allocation Manager and your role will be to work with a variety of different people in their own homes, supporting them to enjoy happy and fulfilled lives.

Due to the areas we cover, a full UK driving license would be beneficial but not essential.
