About the Role

At Dimensions, we’re looking to recruit compassionate, courageous and ambitious people who boast integrity and champion respect. Someone who has a genuine interest in – and a passion for – supporting others to work flexibly with us across two homes (located next door to each other) in Banbury. We have a variety of shifts and hours are available to suit your circumstances and needs.

What You’ll Do as a Dimensions Support Worker

  • Encourage and empower the people we support so that they can live their best lives – the lives that they choose
  • Provide intimate personal care, prompting and high levels of mobility assistance when required some of those we support use wheelchairs and hoists are used)
  • Be actively – and enthusiastically – involved with every aspect of their daily lives, supporting them with shopping, their hobbies and housework (including cleaning and laundry), etc.
  • Administer medication and PEG tubes
