Main duties of the job

You will be responsible for a caseload which includes outpatient clinics, care homes, and home visits caring for patients who are both orally and enterally fed. In addition your job plan will include clinics and some group education. The pandemic has changed our ways of working, so currently a lot of work is virtual via phone and Teams, but this will be subsequent to change as the pandemic evolves. You will have access to support from a dietetic assistant, who will be able to help with booking appointments, reviews and resource management. The health board is a Nutricia contract, and you will be responsible for managing your home enterally fed patients who receive their feed and equipment via Nutricia Homeward.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
