Key Accountabilities

1. Client service

Help Create solutions for a variety of platforms such as NodeJS, React, iOS, Android, VR, AR, AI/Machine Learning, data visualisation and web-based technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS). Production of technical documentation (technical specifications, functional specifications) and Engage with clients to provide technical solutions and insight & oversight Present advanced concepts and ideas to clients with clarity

2. People Engagement

Contribute to performance appraisal process for peers and managers,Oversee work of the team and external vendors to ensure quality and consistency,Coach and support staff, within the direct team and around the business,Consistently provide ongoing, constructive feedback to staff,Take responsibility for personal tactical growth and development using available resources such as on-the-job training and mentoring and Assist in recruiting, interviewing and selecting staff

3. Business Development

Participate in new business process, including research, audits, idea contribution and proposal preparation,Develop a network of industry contacts and vendors. Participate in cross-practice and cross-geographical teams to provide clients and prospects

4. Financial Planning and Management

Demonstrate understanding of financial concepts at project level, budgets, pricing structure (hourly vs. retainer accounts), over-servicing & profitability,Understand and participate in agency billing and invoicing procedure, Manage vendors to ensure budget adherence and value of services purchased and Facilitate discussions between client and agency billing departments, Assist project managers to track and monitoring financials budget vs. actual)
