A leading engineering company is seeking a Lead Commercial Manager on a large rail project based in Stratford.
Please note, due to the nature of this role and working on a Network Rail project, candidates who have taken voluntary severance with NR in the last 2 years will not be able to be considered.

Salary: £55,000 to £70,000, plus 5-10% bonus
£2,000 – £3,000 incentive for completion of RICs (for those who aren’t already Chartered)
Location: Stratford, 3 days per week.

Essential:

  • Direct experience working/with Railway clients (e.g. HS2, LU, TfL, TfW, Network Rail) or working with consultancies on Rail projects.
  • MRICS or working towards.
  • At least 5+ years’ commercial experience in large infrastructure projects.
  • Familiarity around cost planning, procurement, post-contract management on Railway projects.
  • Familiar with NEC 3 contracts.
  • Demonstrated ability to support training and developement of intermediate members of staff.
