About the role

We are currently recruiting for a Learning and Development Administrator on a full time fixed term basis until March 2023.

You will provide a responsive, effective and efficient learning and development administration service to support all directorate areas, teams, line managers, and colleagues.

You will also be required to carry out a wide range of duties to support the organisation`s HR and L&D function.

Within the role, you will schedule and book in of all training courses for the business and update, track and manage the budget training spreadsheet in line with monthly budget targets including the tracking of invoices from providers to Purchase Ledger for payment.

You must also develop and support effective and credible working relationships with managers and colleagues.

About you

It is essential that you have an understanding and respect for the confidential nature of the work of the HR Department and an accurate, methodical and responsible for approach to work.

You must be able to work as a member of the team and also using your own initiative; and work to deadlines without constant supervision.

You will have a willingness to learn and understand business processes and effectively challenge existing processes to ensure greater efficiency.

It is essential for this role that you have previous administration experience requiring the use of MS office skills including Outlook, Word and Excel. Additional use of MS Teams and SharePoint would be beneficial.
