Working for our organisation

We currently have an opportunity within our Hotel Services team within Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board for an enthusiastic, motivated individual to take operational responsibility for Portering Services within East. The Assistant Hotel Services Manager for Portering Services will be responsible for approximately 80 members of staff, making best use of the resources available to ensure that the services provided are of the highest possible quality. Effective communication with service users and assigned staff will be of paramount importance to ensure service satisfaction and good working relationships.

The role will involve working closely with the Senior Porters and Hotel Services Manager to make sure that service provision is satisfactory in accordance with our set operational protocols with a focus on continued development and improvement.

The post will be based at Wrexham Maelor Hospital, and the Assistant Manager will need to be able to travel to Community Hospitals and Clinics. A shared pool car will be available for this purpose
