About the role

You will Assist in driving the performance and help improve the overall performance and engagement of the operational team by supporting and building a strong back office function.

You will be responsible for ensuring that all back office functions within the DLO are supported and in target

As Operation support, you will be working very closely with the Operations teams in achieving best practice and complying with all company targets and procedures

You will support both our Operations Support Manager and Performance and Optimisation manager with performance data whilst suggesting areas for improvements on a regular bases.

Availability and performance within strict targets is key to the success of this role and will be achieved with a strong customer focus.

Day to day activities will include supporting the Performance and Optimisation Manager in ensuring all operational systems and procedures are in line with business targets and compliance.

You will assist in the administerial management of suppliers and contractors, ensuring business systems and processes are accurate and in target. You`ll need to work within GreensquareAccord`s own processes and controls as well as ensuring compliance duties are met.

About you

You will have experience in using business management systems and strong administrative and telephone experience in a service role.

It is essential that you`re able to liaise and communicate with all levels and demonstrable experience in working collaboratively with other teams.
