Capita is an equal opportunity and disability confident employer. We are looking for a customer driven individual to join us on a permanent basis. You’ll work hours per week and will be based between home and our client site in Swindon (SN1 1HN). What will you do?

  • Send out retirement packs and quotes to our clients so they can plan for their retirement.
  • Process our customers’ claims making sure we have all our requirements as well as carrying out our identification and anti-fraud checks. Making call outs to clients and advisers is sometimes necessary as well as liaising with our Contact Centre.
  • Provide excellent customer service to our clients help them transition into retirement as smoothly as possible, delivering the best service possible.
  • Work as part of a dedicated team and commit to our promises, consistently delivering on our SLA’s.
