Main duties of the job

You will have a sound technical knowledge, be an adept problem solver, with a high attention to detail and a logical and methodical approach to work.

Youll be equally confident communicating with end-users, other IT staff at all levels and be able to prioritise IT issues effectively and efficiently.

Our ideal candidates will have experience with working in an IT service desk environment, including a good knowledge of Active Directory and Windows operating systems. It is essential that the candidate possesses MS Office proficiency and advanced organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.

If successful you will have responsibility for the supervision of an operational service that provides support for a range of IT System Solutions.

Base: Abergele Hospital. The post is flexible in terms of base, i.e. working arrangements can be agreed with the successful candidate. Please contact to discuss individual requirements.

This post is fixed term for 30 months due to meet the needs of the service.
