We are looking for Female Support Workers to cover our Waking Nights shifts across different homes in Portsmouth (all within walking distance).
We are looking for people who share our values and can support someone to have the life they want to live. 

As a Waking Nights Support Worker, you will work throughout the night, ensuring the people we support are provide with the appropriate support, when required, provide personal care as required and you will conduct housework, including cleaning and laundry. You will also have to keep some written records, using IT systems as required to help you, including support plans, incident logs and health and safety records,
