Main duties of the job

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic self motivated Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Maintenance Craftsperson to work within a large organisation. Although this role is multi-faceted, in this instance we are looking for experienced individuals that have gained their career experience within an Electrical engineering maintenance background.

You should have experience of fault finding on complex building services, plant and equipment to a high level of competence and be able to work on own initiative.

Knowledge of systems such as Building Management Systems, fire alarms, power systems and infrastructure, emergency stand by generators, ventilation, lifts etc would be desirable.

You will participate in an out of hrs on Call rota.

You should have completed a formal craft apprenticeship in Electrical Engineering and preferably have attained an academic qualification to Higher National Certificate of Engineering standards.
