Lincvet is a 1st Opinion practice based in Lincolnshire who are looking to support a New Graduate Small Animal Vet. They have 2 Clinical Directors (part time), 5 Vets (2 part time), 8 Nurses (3 part time & 1 currently on maternity leave) and 2 Student Nurses.

The practice have a four day week with shift lengths 9.5/10h including an hour lunch. They are also part of a Saturday rota which is 8-4 (usually 2 in 6) and cover inpatient care in a small number of cases.

Lincvet is a small, nurturing practice with a lovely atmosphere. They have fantastic equipment such as CR, Dental Radiography, multiparameter monitors for all anaesthetics, blood pressure monitoring for anaesthetics, drip pumps, Ultrasound and Tonometry as well as wonderful expertise to give a good grounding for the start of your career. The Graduate will be supported by a coach. Coaching is generally done day to day, with real life situations and reflection. The practice hope that they can nurture someone into a long term role within their team, either with clinical leadership through certificate and specialisation or into leadership in the team with a view to greater operational responsibility.
