Technical Services (Living Systems Institute)

This full-time post is available immediately on a fixed term basis until 31st May 2024.

Summary of the role/position

The primary function of this role is to provide essential laboratory support for research laboratories on the Streatham campus. Based in the Living Systems Institute (LSI), you will work with the laboratory manager and other technicians to support academic staff and research students working in a suite of Class 2 research laboratories, with facilities for tissue culture, microscopy, molecular biology, biochemistry and other research areas.

Typical duties will include making stocks of media and reagents, restocking and housekeeping of laboratories and some administrative duties.
