THE ROLE
Medacs Global Group (MGG) is currently recruiting for an Extended Hours Consultant . This is a fast faced, dynamic role, where you will actively look to place our candidates into shifts, replace or cancel shifts where necessary, deal with queries and ensure that the needs of our clients and candidates are fulfilled outside of usual office hours.
We have Full time and Part time hours available . The hours for this role will be during weeknights from 18:00-22:00 and at weekends during the hours of 07:45-20:15. Working on Bank holidays is a requirement. You may be required to cover another desk in the event of team absences.

ABOUT YOU
You will need to be self-motivated and enthusiastic with a passion to deliver exceptional customer service. Ideally you will have experience of working in a similar role. You will need to be goal orientated but empathetic; having the drive to achieve your objectives whilst maintaining a high level of integrity and customer care. You will demonstrate outstanding communication and organisational skills and have a flexible approach to work.
