THE ROLE

Medacs Global Group (MGG) is currently recruiting for an Extended Hours Consultant . This is a fast faced, dynamic role, where you will actively look to place our candidates into shifts, replace or cancel shifts where necessary, deal with queries and ensure that the needs of our clients and candidates are fulfilled outside of usual office hours.

We have Full time and Part time hours available . The hours for this role will be during weeknights from 18:00-22:00 and at weekends during the hours of 07:45-20:15. Working on Bank holidays is a requirement. You may be required to cover another desk in the event of team absences.

Here’s some of the key responsibilities:

  • Represent Medacs at a national level and maintain our excellent reputation.
  • Answering phone calls and e-mails professionally, from various points of contact throughout the business.
  • To work in a thorough and efficient manner to ensure all shift requests are adequately worked on and covered.
  • Maintain excellent communication, both verbally and electronically, with our clients, candidates and other team members.
  • To react promptly to all queries and enquiries during out of hours operations.
  • Notify clients and candidates of cancellations when they arise and arrange a suitable replacement for shifts when required.
  • Provide a detailed log of your activity whilst on shift and present a thorough handover to the day team/night team, ensuring they are fully informed of any important information or outstanding actions.
  • ABOUT YOU

    You will need to be self-motivated and enthusiastic with a passion to deliver exceptional customer service. Ideally you will have experience of working in a similar role. You will need to be goal orientated but empathetic; having the drive to achieve your objectives whilst maintaining a high level of integrity and customer care. You will demonstrate outstanding communication and organisational skills and have a flexible approach to work.
