Looking for an Insight Manager to develop data-orientated insights for Lloyds Banking Group, you will be fusing strategy, consulting and customer experience to deliver value to clients and planners.

  • KEY DUTIES

  • As Insight Manager, develop a strong working knowledge of proprietary research tools and support planners in producing practical insights
  • Through both primary and desk research you will analyse current sources of research to extract crucial insights social monitoring, search analytics, client surveys & analysis)
  • Liaise effectively with clients (both internal and external), as the main day-to-day contact on Lloyds, using your insight and project knowledge to effectively and appropriately contribute to client meetings and presentations
  • Showcase good team-working skills, using them to develop alternative approaches to talk directly to consumers
  • Utilise both quantitative & qualitative research to design questionnaires, moderate focus groups as well as online communities
  • Help in management of an reporting assistant on relevant projects
  • SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Proven expertise as an insights professional with experience working in a media agency/owner environment
  • Demonstrable experience running quantitative & qualitative research projects
  • Highly numerate with excellent attention to detail & advanced computer literacy skills
  • Able to manage time effectively & manage several tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • An understanding of various different data channels required, including digital
