About you

Are you a friendly and approachable person? Do you strive for the best in everything you do, and think you could make a positive difference to the lives of autistic and/or neurodivergent individuals? If this sounds like you, and you’re seeking a rewarding job role, we are currently recruiting for a number of Care Support Assistants to join our Independent Supported Living staff team.

Working independently and as part of a team, you will support young people and adults to access a range of activities both within the home and in the community. You will need to be enthusiastic, able to use your own initiative, have a drive and resilience for what is often a demanding role; and you must be people-centred with good communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build positive, trusting relationships with the adults we support.

Whilst we value experience, it is not essential for candidates to have previously worked in the health and social care sector, or with autistic individuals – all we ask is that you are hard-working, willing to learn and committed to helping those we support to live as safely and independently as possible, in a nurturing home environment. If you think think you could be a good fit for Team NEAS, don’t hesitate to apply.
