Responsibilities

* Taking internal commissions from Comms and Marketing teams for all aspects of content production, including but not limited to writing blogs, articles, webpages and email copy and creating graphics, photos and imagery and video
and audio content.
* Working closely with Multimedia Designers and sometimes commissioning external agencies and partners for the creation of specialist content animations
* Collaborating with Communications Executives and Marketing Executives, to deliver multi-disciplinary commercial marketing and corporate communications campaigns, in line with our marketing and communications strategies
* Work closely with the User Experience team to understand how different content and campaigns perform with different audience segments and in different markets and build that information and insight into future plans
* Provide support and advice to internal stakeholders on what good content looks like and what different audience segments engage with
* Ensure content meets our brand guidelines and legal compliance copyright and data protection), and that messaging is appropriate to the audience and market (including translations where necessary) and consistent across all our channels
* Remain up-to-date with current best practices on effective comms and marketing and share insights with other teams members, as well as the broader organisation
* Edit and proofread written pieces before publication
* Use SEO guidelines to optimise content

Experience / Skills Required

* Creative and innovative with the ability to deliver a significant impact on a small budget
* Ability to appropriately tailor content to a specific audience
* Demonstrable experience in creating and delivering compelling, content-led communications or marketing campaigns
* Experience in producing and managing the distribution of a range of digital assets (for example blogs, news articles, case studies, gifs, infographics and imagery) for multiple channels
* Strong copywriting skills in English
* Experience in video and audio editing
* Strong organisation skills, and the ability to work with competing demands of multiple campaigns
* Able to work autonomously, whilst remaining engaged with the wider team
* Able to build strong networks and relationships across a complex, matrixed organisation
