As the result of sustained long term success, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our Professional Services division to specialise in Legal Recruitment.
Based in our Glasgow office (Hybrid working), this presents an amazing opportunity to join an experienced and talented team where you would become a trained, supported, and successful Recruitment Consultant.
OPPORTUNITY OVERVIEW
Our specialised legal recruitment team has over 15 years’ experience in the UK & Offshore legal markets. Our client portfolio includes local, regional and national law firms in addition to industry & commerce organisations.

REQUIRED BACKGROUND
Previous recruitment experience isn’t required, ideally you will have experience in delivering excellent customer service and or have worked within a sales environment.
A genuine desire and interest to develop a career in recruitment is key, additionally if you had experience or an interest in professional services (HR, Marketing, Finance, Sales) that would be beneficial as our Consultants all demonstrate a strong interest in their specialist sectors.
We are looking for an individual who is self-motivated, enjoys dealing with people and can work towards targets. As well as this you will be organised, committed, team focused, be open and honest, and have the desire and drive to build a successful career in recruitment.
REWARD
We offer a competitive salary in addition to an excellent commission structure. Salary and package is dependent on experience, however all FPSG staff are offered an environment to build and develop their careers.
