Balfour Beatty Vinci has an exciting opportunity for a Complaints & Enquiry Administrator to join our team to work in Coleshill on HS2.

Role Purpose:

To provide administrative support to the Stakeholder Function including Enquiries and Complaints records and document control.

What you’ll be doing

To provide administrative support to the Stakeholder Function including Enquiries and Complaints records and document control.

  • To assist the Stakeholder team in complying with and implementing HS2 standards.
  • Assist and support the Complaints Team in the monitoring of timeframes for the complaints procedure.
  • Respond to complaints and enquiries, recording issues accurately, circulating to key staff for action to be taken.
  • Maintain relevant records, ensuring accurate data input to all computerised systems.
  • Utilise internal and HS2 systems to process stakeholder information, creating and maintaining accurate case records, detailing the concerns of the stakeholders and keeping a record of the outcome in a timely manner.
  • Enabling and maintaining communications between project team members and other stakeholders.
  • Assisting in the preparation of weekly reports.
  • To support management and collation of evidence for complaint and enquiry management.
  • Who we’re looking for

  • Experience in record keeping and compiling documents
  • Strong understanding of Office365 from both technology and usage viewpoints (Particularly SharePoint and Teams).
