The Role

:

  • Responsible for leading the Paid Media division, overseeing all Paid Media activity and strategy.
  • Responsible for bringing all Paid Media activity in-house from an agency.
  • Responsible for working with the CEO on the Paid Media strategy and growth strategy.
  • Responsible for working with the CEO and board to develop the brand’s operation, people, finance, and sales.
  • Responsible for acting as the Paid Media expert across the division.

    • The Candidate:

  • 5 years plus experience in Paid Media activation, ideally from a DR/performance background.
  • Proven background in scaling and growing Paid Media accounts.
  • Interest in bringing Paid Media activity in-house from an agency.
  • Interest in owning and shaping a Paid Media division for a company at the growth stage.
