Salary: £20,058.19 – £22,120.44 pro rata per annum
Contract Duration: Temporary until 31st March 2023

    Role Purpose

    We have vacancies in our Hawick and Galashiels Contact Centres for enthusiastic individuals who love helping people with diverse queries on the phone by email or face to face.     Essential

    At least 5 SCE Standard Grades at level 3 or above (or equivalent) including English and Mathematics or Arithmetic.
    Commitment and ability to achieve an appropriate level of Customer Service qualification or SVQ level 2.
