Role: Commercial Manager – Water Projects
Location: Weswt Sussex
Rate: circa £450 p/d – Inside IR35 (Depending on experience)
Duration: 12 Months+
Are you an experienced Commercial Manager with contractor side experience on water sector projects?
Are you looking for an opportunity to join a reputable company and support them on their portfolio of projects with their non-infrastucture framework?
My client is a leading design & build contractor in the UK Water Sector, with prestigious projects nationwide. They are currently looking for a Chartered/Near chartered Commercial Manager to join them on their work for the Water AMP7 projects based out of their West Sussex location.
The contract will most likely run until the end of the AMP cycle in 2025 and potentially further after this.
Essential:
·Direct experience working/with Water sector Consultancies or Contractors
·MRICS/working towards preferred.
·At least 3+ years’ commercial experience in large infrastructure projects.
·Familiarity around cost planning, procurement, post-contract management on water/wastewater projects.
·A positive, friendly attitude, someone who works well in teams, and independently.
·Strong bidding experience.
