We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer to deliver user-centric strategy and design on Web, iOS and Android. As a Senior Product/UX Designer, you will create design solutions using best practices and established UX methodologies that will help shape intuitive and inspiring user experiences for our customers.
You will work within a team to create outstanding experiences through customer insight and forward-thinking choreography throughout the user journey.

  • Articulate a UX design rationale that helps inform our product strategy and deliver our key objectives
  • Work closely with the UX design team, Product Managers and Engineers to define, drive and execute visual design direction and elements.
  • Explore a variety of user experience design directions in a rapid iterative fashion, incorporating feedback from users and other members of the team
  • Execute and test designs that span the whole product lifecycle from concept through to production using sketches, wireframes, low and hi-fidelity comps, user and interaction flows, lo-fi and hi-fi prototypes, specs, guidelines and production-ready assets
  • Design execution and delivery within a dedicated squad using agile principles and methods
  • Provide input into experiments that help the team learn and iterate, including hypothesis led multivariate testing
  • Work with our UX researchers to conduct user research and continuous discovery
  • Synthesise findings to help build a clear picture of customer needs and behaviours
  • Incorporate user feedback into core aspects of our design system and product
  • Conduct demos and workshops within product and technology, as well as the wider team
  • Inspire and collaborate with the UX design team and cross-functional teams to deliver a world-class customer experience
  • Be on the cusp of design trends and practices across all platforms
