Responsibilities

:

  • Accurately processing client orders, (transfers, exports, UK deliveries) to set timelines
  • Update required databases with the required information to provide daily/weekly KPI & performance reports
  • Manage client interaction at key touchpoints (on boarding, order confirmation, EP, logistics, delivery)
  • Continually review current processes and provide ideas to improve efficiency and/or customer service.
  • Ensure all client queries/complaints unavailable stock, logistics issues) are dealt with professionally, accurately and within set performance targets
  • Identify and record service failure points when flagged by clients or internal users and raise them with your manager.
  • As required, conduct surveys and other data gathering information from Clients/suppliers
  • To be a competent user of SAP and Hub Spot and other systems required within this role.
  • Training will be provided
  • Assist as required in targeting digital clients with highly curated and desirable offers
  • Assist as required with various stages of the goods inwards journey
