About the role

An exciting role to join our Main Line on sub lot 2B providing a range of specialist and general administrative duties to all staff and provide a courteous and efficient front of house service to all visitors to our Berskwell office.

What you’ll be doing

Undertake a varied range of administrative duties to ensure an efficient service
is delivered
Receive incoming post, answer telephone calls and emails and manage all
appropriate correspondence
Undertake diary management and plan bookings in the calendars to optimise
the meeting rooms on site. Resolve booking clashes and inform meeting
organisers of changes
Assist other departments with ad hoc project work when required
Maintain full confidentiality of sensitive business issues
Support the work of other Administrators during periods of absence or
unexpected high volumes of work activity
Receive all visitors in a friendly and courteous manner and comply with building
security protocols
Maintain and update current staff database with new starters.
Help induct new starters and allocate access cards
Assist with minor technical issues regarding IT equipment in the meeting rooms
