They focus on big strategic briefs and the work is really varied, everything from brand positioning, brand architecture, brand vision, growth strategy, value proposition development, concept development, go to market strategies, portfolio management, futures work, semiotics, among other things.
They are now looking for a Strategy Director to join the team. You will need strong experience in international brand strategy and growth strategy, ideally with a good understanding of the FMCG sector. You will need to be comfortable working in a small and fast paced team, who are collaborative and passionate about what they do. You will also have strong commercial acumen and be excited by helping to grow the business out, as well as remaining hands-on with projects.
Fantastic salary + bonus + shares + 8% commission on any new business brought in.
